MEET A FEW OF OUR TRAINERS
Lessly Newell
I’m Lessly Newell, and I believe Zumba is about more than just exercise—it's about community, connection, and celebrating life! Zumba is a popular dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves to help you lose weight, get in shape, and stay active while having a lot of fun. Zumba is for everyone, even if you have no dance experience at all or "two left feet." It takes away the judgment so you can reach your happy place every time. There are three rules in Zumba: 1. Have fun! 2. Keep moving, even if you don’t know the steps. 3. Smile.
I started dancing Zumba when it was first introduced in the early 2000s, when I was just 15 years old. I've continued dancing throughout the years, and during COVID, I stayed active by dancing to Zumba using the Nintendo Switch video game. When gyms reopened, I joined a class, starting in the back and eventually gaining the confidence to dance in the front row. I loved Zumba so much that I became a certified instructor. I’m currently certified in Zumba and Aqua Zumba. My playlist includes a variety of Latin music, including salsa, merengue, cumbia, bachata, reggaeton, mixes of different genres, multilingual music, and more. I believe in keeping the energy high and the experience unforgettable for my students. Zumba is about creating a positive experience and relationship with fitness and everyday life. See you on the dance floor!

Jasmin Ali
Hello, my name is Jasmin. I have been a strength and conditioning coach for 5 years. After being a private duty nurse for 20 + years, treating and comforting patients in their most trying times, I came to the conclusion that I would be more productive serving society by preventing illness and ailments. I have now made fitness and lifestyle and not an occupation. Most journeys start out as an investment, and the payout is consistent and never failing. My personal certifications consist of Strengthening and Conditioning as well as being a Certified Glute Specialist. Naturally, I have combined my medical/nutrition knowledge with my physical fitness methods and immediately bring out outstanding results. Running track and dancing on teams in my youth has also made my personal training more enjoyable, almost nostalgic. Movement is life. Life is movement.
